Sheamus is also a two-time International Heavyweight Champion in Irish Whip Wrestling, and held the Florida Heavyweight Championship once in Florida Championship Wrestling, WWE's developmental territory.Sheamus won his first championship in WWE on December 13, 2009 at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs when he defeated John Cena to win the WWE Championship. He lost the title On February 21, 2010 at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view after he was eliminated by Triple H, only for John Cena to win the match and the title.
Sheamus won the WWE title for the second time On June 20, 2010 at the WWE Fatal 4-Way pay-per-view, winning a fatal four-way match by pinning John Cena following interference from the NXT Season 1 rookies.
